Cedrean Jacquis McEachin, age 28. November 29, 2019.
Cedrean was off-duty, driving home around 5am on November 29, southbound along I-75 from a friend’s place, when his black 2017 Chevy Camaro struck a guardrail near mile marker 225. The cause of that collision has not been determined.
Deputy McEachin managed to free himself from his wrecked vehicle, and a senior police officer then apparently speculates that Cedrean “somehow… wanders off into the roadway,” where he was struck by another vehicle and killed.
The driver of that vehicle did not stop, and there were no witnesses.
